Lamb rack (rib chops) are a griller's delight!  Sourcing from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished lambs. These chops may be small in size, but their flavor is exquisite.  Grass-fed lamb is an excellent alternative selection for grass-fed beef meal planning.  

Our lamb products are raised at Anderson Ranch in Oregon, and are 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture raised. They are not fed any grain.
