Grass fed lamb loin chops are the equivalent of tenderloin filet in beef. They may be small in size, but the flavor is larger than life. Baste these with clarified grass-fed butter for a dining experience you will want to repeat. 

Our lamb products are raised at Anderson Ranch in Oregon, and are 100% grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture raised. They are not fed any grain.
